Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original boxes.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our clinical fulfillment center for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
After our team verifies the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
